Learning to
Ride the Waves
Life can hit us hard sometimes, like those waves that knock us down and push us back. Waves are unstoppable because they are a force of nature and their crests, troughs and intensity vary from wave to wave. We can choose to brace against them, or learn to ride them. And, just like the waves of emotions and events that come and go in our lives; we can also choose to either let the waves overcome us, or we can choose to face them, and accept what is and endure the experience moment by moment without fear and judgment.
Finding your Flow
You are unique. Your thoughts, emotions, body, experiences and your journey are your own. Whether you only have one minute or 30 minutes to pause and reflect, every moment is an opportunity to be in your flow.
Intentionally tapping into your own natural rhythm like the beating of your heart and the cycle of your breath empowers you to be present and in the moment. This true present state of awareness is your light and source of energy. Find your own state of flow when you are trying to navigate your day-to-day by paying attention to your mind and body with kindness and compassion.
