How my journey began

I am a mindful warrior who began a personal journey three years ago to deepen my understanding of my own well-being. I went on to acquire my Yoga Teacher certification and completed my academic certifications at the University of Toronto on the study of Mindfulness.

As a Mindfulness Ambassador Program Facilitator through Mindfulness Without Borders, I have learned that, “Mindfulness exists inside every one of us, it is not something we need to create. Rather, it is a practice we need to cultivate.” I am passionate about sharing information and collaborating with individuals who are exploring to develop their skills, knowledge and attitude about different strategies and practices to achieve mindful living within themselves, their families, peers and communities.

I will always be a student with my yoga mat at my side. My mat is my home, my sanctuary and my compass to guide me on whatever journey I choose to venture in my every day life. My mindfulness practice is an extension off my mat as the practice allows me to be the change in me and the world by helping others to connect authentically, and embody mind and body practices in their daily life.

Mindflow Moments is about navigating life with the right mind-set, tools and strategies to overcome those big and small waves. It takes practice to navigate a big ocean! Find your flow and ride the waves of life like a mindful warrior!
