Mother’s Day Meditation

This Mother’s Day weekend, I began with a beautiful meditation. A Mother’s Day Meditation that I had to share with the world!

Take 10 minutes to sit, to be, and to be truly present in the moment; the moment of love and gratitude we all have for ourselves, our maternal mothers, and all of our beloved mother figures in our lives. Celebrate Mother’s Day with loving kindness and spread your light and divine love across the universe!

Carol is my yoga teacher and role model whose passionate teachings and love for yoga has inspired me to delve deeper into the practice. I attended my first yoga class at Carol’s studio three years ago, and I am forever grateful to be with one with my mat - where my journey of self-inquiry began!
